The street tracker craze originated with Yamaha's popular 650 vertical twin motorcycles. They were built to emulate Yamaha's 750 dirt trackers that were campaigned in the early '70s. The Yamahas were chosen because they were plentiful and reliable. This example has alloy wheels and twin megaphones exiting on the right-hand side.
